Executive Leadership

Iliana has over thirty years of experience in corporate and nonprofit accounting, of which fourteen years have been dedicated to Latino Health Access.

She has rich and varied experience in multiple finance leadership roles within the restaurant, HMO companies, and nonprofit industries.  As the Director of Finance, Iliana oversees the accounting department in charge of a $7M+ annual budget. She also has many years of experience in Human Resources, facilities management, and fundraising event management.

Iliana graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration.  Along with management and finance accomplishments, she is also a passionate public servant and likes to give back her time and talent to the community.  Currently, she serves as an active board member to a humanitarian nonprofit organization and consults with other pet-loving and LGBTQ nonprofit organizations.  

Iliana was born in Orange County to a working-class immigrant household with family roots from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Her passions are her children and family; crafting; and baking.
