Dorothy Siddall was elected to the LHA Board of Directors in 2012. She retired in 2011 from Southern California Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Orange County, where she was a Partner Physician in the Family Medicine Department and the Assistant Director of the Orange County Kaiser Family Medicine Residency Program for many years. She continues to work part time with SCPMG in Family Medicine as well as teaching and administration for the Residency Program.

In 1999, Dr. Siddall developed a partnership between the Residency and LHA which expanded to include KP Orange County in providing support to the organization. Our Residency operates a twice weekly diabetes management program within the organization, as well as offering physician services for outreach programs in the community. She is strongly committed to the concept that integration of disease focused and preventive medical care with education, outreach, and a Healthy Communities model is essential in addressing the health care crisis we face today.

Latino Health Access engages and empowers the community, forges partnerships and advocates to achieve health equity for all. Health care is a human right.
