Catalina Santamaria is a native of Bogotá, Colombia. She works at the Disneyland® Resort as a Home Team Cast Concierge, where she assists with the on-boarding of all new lodging and food & beverage employees to the Disneyland®Resort Hotels.

Santamaria has varied work experience including communications, human resources, community outreach, special events and customer service. She is part of the Disneyland® Resort HOLA (Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement) leadership team, a diversity resource organization dedicated to supporting Disneyland® Resort Diversity strategies and goals. As a member of the HOLA leadership team she provides Disneyland Resort employees with tools, resources and opportunities to support and develop Hispanic/Latino and allied employees.

Deeply committed to giving back to the community, Santamaria educates others by providing resources to individuals who have limited or no access to healthcare. She also volunteers for Saddleback Church’s Human Trafficking ministry.

Since 2004, Santamaria has been part of the Board of Directors for Latino Health Access and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University of Fullerton.
